BBQ Seasoned Chicken

 

Keto BBQ chicken

My recipes are grain free, refined sugar free and most are dairy free. What do you do when the dinner you planned to make gets a kink in it? You have to switch gears and come up with something quick. I had made BBQ seasoning. I had chicken breast in the freezer. There you go. Recipe created. I was going to BBQ it on the grill but something happened to our Traeger grill pellet hopper. So switch gears again and broil them in the oven.

Note: These can be Barbecued on the grill or on the smoker. I would guess 4 minutes per side. If you smoke them, smoke them low and slow.

 

1 lb chicken breasts

4 tablespoons BBQ seasoning

 

Directions:

This recipe is very easy. Rub about a half a tablespoon of my bbq seasoning per side chicken breasts. Rub means to press the seasoning firmly onto the chicken. Broil or grill. Broil approximately 3 to 5 minutes per side depending on how thick the chicken breasts are. This is a little spicy.
