My recipes are grain free, refined sugar free and most are dairy free. My family loves this. You slice sweet potatoes slather them with BBQ sauce, BBQ seasoning and cheese. I usually do some with cheese and some without cheese as my daughter is dairy free.
2 sweet potatoes
1/2 cup my Keto BBQ Sauce
2 teaspoons BBQ Seasoning
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Preheat 400 F. Slice sweet potatoes into thin slices. Bake sweet potato slices for 15 minutes on an oiled stone. Remove from oven. Flip over potato slices cook another 15 minutes. After 15 minutes remove sweet potatoes from oven. Brush on bbq sauce on one side of each slice of potato. Next sprinkle some bbq seasoning and top with some shredded cheese. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove and serve.
