My recipes are grain free, refined sugar free and most are dairy free. Funny thing my kids have always loved their vegetables. In fact, when they were younger and we went out to dinner they often choose to have steamed broccoli for dinner. Many a waitress looked at me thinking it was a joke. It was not a joke. I am not sure what I did to get my kids to love vegetables but they do. My family loves this. Slice sweet thin coins of sweet potatoes slather them with BBQ sauce, sprinkle on BBQ seasoning, and a little cheese. I usually do some with cheese and some without cheese as my daughter is dairy free. These are not only pretty but delicious as well.
They can also be used as an appetizer.
2 sweet potatoes
1/2 cup my Keto BBQ Sauce
2 teaspoons BBQ Seasoning
