Keto French Onion Dip

My recipes are grain free, refined sugar free and most are dairy free.  French Onion Dip used to be very popular. I guess you could call it vintage now. Most people now days make it from Lipton Onion Soup mix. Which meant that I wanted to create a recipe that was similar. I came up with this recipe so that I would have a vegetable dip. If you would like to use it as a salad dressing thin it out with a bit of coconut water. Yummy with vegetables or on a baked sweet potato. I have a bottle of Beef Broth of Life in my pantry. I purchased it off of Amazon. I went to get a link to add it here. It is currently unavailable through Amazon. I also have Lano Life Beef Bone Broth in my pantry. I suggest substituting with a beef broth that suits your dietary needs.

1/4 cup Coconut Milk Sour Cream

1/4 cup Homemade Mayonnaise

1/4 cup chopped onions

1 teaspoon avocado oil

2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon granulated onion

1 teaspoon dried chopped onion

1 teaspoon Beef Broth Of Life

1 teaspoon parsley

1/4 teaspoon celery seed

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon Keto Nevada Sauce

Combine the coconut sour cream and the homemade mayonnaise. Fry up the 1/4 cup chopped onions until they become a dark brown. Let onions cool. While waiting for the onions to cool add the seasoning to the mayonnaise mixture. Once onions have cooled add to the mayonnaise mixture. Cover and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Use as a dip for Grain Free Chicken Wings, Popcorn Chicken, or with vegetables or thin it out and use for as salad dressing.
