L’s Seasoned T-Bone Steak

My recipes grain free, refined sugar free and most are dairy free. Are you looking for something to make for Father’s Day? I always want to pamper my husband on Father’s Day with something out of a steakhouse but made at home. Sometimes you can find T-Bone steaks on sale. With father’s day coming up I fully expect to see T-bones on sale. Anyone who loves meat loves a good tasting t-bone. I like seasonings on my steak. I like the way it makes my steak taste. This will have your spouse raving about your cooking skills.  This is such an easy recipe that tastes incredible.

I had intended to make these steaks on the grill but due to the heavy rain made them in the oven. I do prefer the way meat taste on our Traeger verses the oven.

2 lbs T-Bone Steak

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon granulated onion

1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic

1/2 teaspoon powdered onion

1/2 teaspoon parsley

1/2 teaspoon tarragon

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 teaspoons coconut aminos

2 teaspoons Keto Nevada Sauce

T Bones can be grilled on the barbeque or broiled in the oven. If using the grill preheat to manufacturers directions or preheat oven to broil. Remove T bone steaks from the fridge and allow to come to room temperature. Mix together spices inside a bowl. Generously sprinkle seasoning over both sides of both steaks. Next place 1/2 teaspoon of coconut aminos per side per steak. Finally, place 1/2 teaspoon of Keto Nevada Sauce per steak per side. Allow the steaks to marinate for 10 minutes. Place an electric digital thermometer inside your largest steak in the thickest part of the steak. Place either in the oven or on the grill. For medium rare set your thermometer from 120 -125. I usually go for 122. When your thermometer beeps remove steaks from the oven or the grill and allow to cool for 10 – 15 minutes before serving.
