Apricot pairs nicely with balsamic vinegar. The freshly squeezed orange juice will bring a fresh and pumped up flavor to the apricot. While the beef broth tones down the sweetness. Once you make this Keto Apricot Glaze you will end up using it on other proteins as well.
It is important to use white balsamic vinegar to preserve the color profile. If you used regular balsamic vinegar the color would not be as appealing and it would muddy the color.
