Personal Life:

Most people who are gluten-free and grain-free would definitely say that the thing they miss the most is biscuits/bread. I miss bread so very much that I have even had dreams about it. This Biscuit recipe completes that desire for bread. Do you know what goes great with bread? Soup. Soup goes amazingly well. Or for a quick an easy dinner what about Soup, Salad, and Biscuits. Any of my soups would be a perfect match, Portuguese Kale Soup, Keto Chicken and Kale Soup, Shrimp Pan Roast, Swedish Langostino Bisque or another soup.

Above all my favorite thing to do is research and experimenting. Not only is it fulfilling writing a new recipe but it is also invigorating to learn about new ingredients that I have never used before and many are from other parts of the world.  This biscuit is the result of my research. Simply easy and quick. Mix it up then drop by tablespoon fulls on a greased cookie sheet or baking stone then bake. How easy is that!

Maybe I should call these biscuits disappear biscuits because that is just what happened at my house. Just writing this recipe is making my mouth drool. They honestly are that yummy and good. This biscuit can be eaten after it is baked or top with a yummy buttery topping.

Notes:

Any cheese can be substituted.

Dry ingredients with cheese

Add milk. It will still be slightly crumbly but will stick together. Scoop up a tablespoon or so and drop onto a greased cookie sheet or baking stone. Then press the biscuits slightly down.  Makes 12 biscuits. Bake 10 -20 minutes

In a small bowl melt 2 tablespoons of butter and whisk in 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic and 1/8 teaspoon onion powder and a pinch of smoked paprika.  Brush on top of each biscuit fresh out of the oven. Serve
