My recipes are grain free, refined sugar free and most are dairy free. It’s always on my mind “What do I make for dinner?” I looked in my freezer and saw Buffalo meat. Yum! What to make with Buffalo? The first time I had Buffalo I was in high school and we went to a local American Indian Reservation and had lunch with the tribal leaders. We got buffalo stew that was absolutely delicious. Summer is coming and that means BBQing meat on the grill. Thinking of summer made me think of Hamburgers. I prefer using a bbq thermometer and waiting until meat reaches around 125 – 135 F. I use portabella mushrooms for a bun. I only use one mushroom on the bottom. I ran out of time to bbq my portobello mushroom and broiled it in the oven for 2 and 1.2 minutes per side sprinkled with salt.
