Mustard Mayo Sauce
goes great with Pork Chops baked in Wine.
I have been trying to improve my blog by adding recipe cards that can be printed. I am in my 50’s and do not learn as quickly as I did when I was younger. I am sure there is a quicker way to do what I am trying to do. As with everything there is a learning curve. I am not what I would call computer literate. So I have had to do a lot of revising and editing. It is taking me a while to figure this out on my own. I hope you will bear with me as I try to figure this out on my own.
I have spent several days trying to figure the recipe cards out on my own. I don’t know if my edits are sent out to those who read my blog. If you have been inundated with a bunch of emails and edits please forgive me and bear with me. Please send good wishes that I can figure this out as quickly as possible. I appreciate your kindness and understanding. I appreciate that you look at and read my humble little blog. Thanks so much for making me feel special.
I made pork chops the other night and felt it could use a little dipping sauce. Dijon goes well with pork. I had some of my homemade mayonnaise in the fridge. This dipping sauce was super tasty and dresses the pork chops beautifully. Don’t forget to check out my recipe for Rosemary Wine Salt. I hope you enjoy the recipe. Use with Pork Chops Baked in Wine.
Combine ingredients together. Use as a dipping sauce. Use with my Pork Chops Baked in Wine.
