Tin Foil Orange Chicken, in short, has elements and Asian flavors such as coconut aminos which replace soy sauce. Not to mention the Chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and coconut vinegar. All these flavors blend to make a most luscious sauce. Incredibly Tin Foil Orange Chicken is quick and easy to make. All you need is 5 minutes to make it and the time to wait for it to bake. By the way, this recipe can be made with frozen chicken or fresh, the only difference is the amount of time it takes to cook. Indeed you could also make several tin foil packets and freeze to eat at a later date.
Tin Foil Orange Chicken:
If making this from a frozen tin foil packet, simply remove from the freezer, and place it into a preheated 400 F oven baking for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes or allow to thaw first. Don’t forget to pour out the juices from the tin foil packets and make a gravy or sauce to dip your baked chicken into. The Orange Sesame Sauce is so delicious you will wonder where it has been all your life.
The chicken can be cut with a fork as it is so tender. However, the chicken will be light in color but will be remarkably tasty.
This recipe can also be made on the grill and will take approximately 30 minutes to cook if using defrosted chicken. Not to mention that these packets can be made ahead of time and also cooked in a campfire for approximately 40 minutes. Indeed, the tin foil can also be used as a plate when camping no need to dirty dishes. Each packet can be individualized with preferred vegetables making it a one-dish meal. Perfect for those with special diets and making it easy to clean up.
My Thoughts:
I wanted to share with you a quote I saw and enjoyed: “Life is a journey. No one is ahead of you or behind you. You are not more advanced or enlightened. You are exactly where you need to be. It’s not a contest… IT’S LIFE! We are all teachers we are all students.” So, let us stop comparing each other to each other. We are all indeed unique and there will never be another YOU, EVER. Enjoy the ride and ask for help when needed. Have a wonderful and blessed day!!
