Refined Sugar-Free Chocolate Drizzle

Refined Sugar-Free Chocolate Drizzle perfect topping for pancakes, waffles, crepes, and ice cream. Made with Yacon Syrup and Canned Coconut Milk.

  • 2 oz unsweetened Chocolate
  • 3 tbsp Yacon Syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk


  • With a knife cut the chocolate into bits and place in a microwaveable bowl. 
  • Microwave on high for 30 – 1 minute. 
  • Remove and stir with a spoon. If not melted place back into the microwave at 30-second intervals removing it and stirring until melted. 
  • Add yacon syrup a little at a time stirring after each addition. 
  • Lastly, pour coconut milk a small amount at a time into the chocolate stirring after each addition.
  • If the chocolate should begin to seize return to microwave for 30 seconds at a time removing and stirring until it is a thin consistency and all the syrup and coconut milk have been added in.
