Ingredients

  • 1 recipe of mine Dessert Crepes see blog for recipe
  • 2 thinly slice pears
  • 1/2 cup my cranberry sauce see blog for recipe
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • pinches of cinnamon
  • pinches coconut sugar

Instructions

  • Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of coconut sugar over each pear slice.  When the pan is hot fry up the slices of pear.
  • Slice pomegranate in half. Get a bowl and place the pomegranate seeds inside. There are many various ways to get the seeds out. Some suggest hitting the back of the pomegranate with a wooden spoon over a bowl and allow seeds to fall into the bowl.

Put Crepes together.

  • Place 2-3 thin slices of pears inside a crepe. 
  • Place 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon of Cranberry Sauce at https://larenascorner.com/2018/06/14/cranberry-jam-sauce/ on top of the pears. Toss some pomegranate inside the crepe. (I used my ISI whipper to make homemade whipped cream and spray it out in a decorative design.) Toss some pomegranate inside the crepe. 
  • Spray whipped cream inside the crepe.
  • Roll up. 

To Decorate

  • Add a circle of whipped cream, sprigs of rosemary and pomegranate seeds. Don't eat the rosemary it is just for decoration
