Lingonberry Jam Version 2

Jam made from Swedish Ligonberries. Sweet and tart.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen or Fresh Lingonberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp Birch Xylitol
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp plain bone broth collegen

Instructions

  • Add lingonberries 
  • Add Xylitol
  • Add coconut sugar and water to a pan
  • Plain bone broth collagen to a pan. 
  • Cook on medium heat. 
  • When it has cooked for 5 minutes smash around half of your berries with the back of a spoon or potato masher.
  • Keep cooking until desired consistency. Allow to cool. 
  • Place in a sterilized glass jar and place inside the fridge. Makes approximately 1 a cup.
