Jalapeno Gravy

Gluten-Free Jalapeno Gravy is slightly spicy made with my homemade rosemary wine salt, powdered jalapeno, beef broth, and vinegar. Quick, easy and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Rosemary Wine Salt see recipe on my blog
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp powdered Jalapeno see recipe on my blog
  • 6 tbsp tapioca
  • 8 tbsp of water

Instructions

  • First, bring water, beef broth, balsamic vinegar to a boil. 
  • Second, add in Rosemary Wine Salt. 
  • Thirdly, add powdered jalapeno stir until combined. 
  • Next, reduce heat slightly. Combine tapioca flour and water and stir until it becomes a slurry.
  • Pour the slurry into the mixture while stirring the whole time. 
  • Stir until desired consistency.
