Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • 6 cloves grated garlic
  • 3 tbsp Yacon Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tbsp Nevada Sauce see recipe on my blog
  • 1/4 tsp Korean Chili Flakes
  • 2 lbs Shrimp
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp chopped green onions

Salt and Pepper to Taste

    Instructions

    • Combine freshly grated ginger, add garlic, Yacon Syrup, coconut aminos, and Nevada Sauce stir until combined.
    • Add Korean Chili flakes to the ginger garlic mixture.
    • Add the shrimp and sauce into a pan and cook on medium. Cook for 3 minutes or so. 
    • Add orange juice, chicken broth, and sesame oil. Let cook another 3 minutes or so.
    • Combine tapioca and water to make a slurry. Add the slurry to the shrimp and stir until a thick consistency. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over Asian Broccoli Rice
