Keto Apricot Balsamic Glaze

Apricot Balsamic glaze that is quick, easy and tasty and will dress up beef or chicken. A sweet and slightly tangy glaze to dip your beef or chicken into.

  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1/8 cup orange juice
  • 4 tbsp apricot preserves See my recipe on my blog
  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup beef bone broth


  • In a frying pan carmelize onions with a little avocado oil. Remove onions and set aside. 
  • Add orange juice, apricot preserves, balsamic vinegar, and beef broth. On medium heat cook until reduced by 1/3. Remove from heat. Use caramelized onions and glaze to top Keto Stuffed Beef Roll Up.

If using to dress up KETO Stuffed Beef Roll-ups add a small amount of caramelized onions and a teaspoon or two of the glaze per roll up. Top with a basil leaf.
