Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 6 cups water
  • 4 cups chicken bone broth
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed baby potatoes
  • 2 tsp pink salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 6 oz chopped kale
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp powdered Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil reduce to between medium and low heat. Allow to cook for two or more hours or until potatoes are cooked through. If using frozen chicken remove chicken from the pot and place on a plate using two forks shred the chicken meat. Once shredded place the meat back into the soup. Ladle soup into soup bowls and serve. As a flavor enhancer and decoration, you can add a teaspoon of chopped fresh cilantro.
