Ingredients

  • 2 lbs thick cut pork chops
  • 3 cups baby potatoes
  • 4 cups carrots
  • 2 cups leftover Gravy (from Beef roast or other beef)

Instructions

  • Oil a covered dish baker. Preheat oven to 350. Place potatoes and carrots on the bottom of the baker. Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops. Pour the leftover gravy over the pork chops and vegetables cover and bake 1 1/2 hours.
