Ingredients

  • 4 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 cup liquid chicken broth
  • 1 tsp powdered chicken bone broth
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/8 tsp powdered jalapeno see recipe on my blog
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

Instructions

  • Place cauliflower rice into a warm pan on medium heat. 
  • Add liquid chicken broth, chicken bone broth powder, pink salt, curry, garam masala, powdered jalapeno, ground mustard, and turmeric. 
  •  Lastly, cook until the broth is evaporated and soaked up by the cauliflower. 
  • Allow to cool slightly and serve as rice for any curry or any Masala recipe.
