First, preheat oven to 425.
Secondly, in a food processor combine cauliflower, shredded cheese, cassava flour, almond flour, and remaining ingredients. Run processor until it forms into a ball.
1 cup frozen riced cauliflower, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan, 1/2 cup cassava flour, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp powdered onion, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1/4 tsp red pepper, 1 tsp powdered garlic, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Next, place two sheets of plastic wrap slightly overlapping down on the counter.
Remove the dough from the food processor.
Finally, place on top of plastic wrap and place two more sheets of plastic wrap slightly overlapping on top of the dough.
Using a rolling pin roll out your dough to 14 3/4 by 10 1/2 inches.
Next, cut the rolled out dough into fourths and carefully lift each piece and place inside oven safe bar pan.
Lastly, press the dough together in the pan being careful not to push too hard as it may make it stick to the pan.
Bake for 5 – 7 minutes.
Remove from oven and place pizza toppings on the dough.
Return to oven and bake for another 4 – 8 minutes or until toppings are cooked through.
