  • First, preheat oven to 425. 
  • Secondly, in a food processor combine cauliflower, shredded cheese, cassava flour, almond flour, and remaining ingredients. Run processor until it forms into a ball. 
  • Next, place two sheets of plastic wrap slightly overlapping down on the counter. 
  • Remove the dough from the food processor. 
  • Finally, place on top of plastic wrap and place two more sheets of plastic wrap slightly overlapping on top of the dough. 
  • Using a rolling pin roll out your dough to 14 3/4 by 10 1/2 inches.
  • Next, cut the rolled out dough into fourths and carefully lift each piece and place inside oven safe bar pan. 
  • Lastly, press the dough together in the pan being careful not to push too hard as it may make it stick to the pan. 
  • Bake for 5 – 7 minutes. 
  • Remove from oven and place pizza toppings on the dough.
  • Return to oven and bake for another 4 – 8 minutes or until toppings are cooked through.
