Lobster Dip
Lobster Dip Recipe is a luscious light dip. Enjoy with crackers, vegetable platter, chips, on bread as a sandwich. Tangy and creamy with chunks of meat.

- 1/4 cup thick part of canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp homemade mayonnaise or store-bought
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp freshly chopped tarragon or dried
- 1/4 tsp dried chervil
- 1/2 cup chopped lobster clams, langoustine or shrimp
Add all the ingredients together in a small bowl reserving 2 tbsp of lobster meat.
Stir until combined
Top with the reserved lobster meat to decorate.
Pour into a serving bowl and serve with chips, crackers or vegetables.
Or cut baby bell peppers into half and spoon dip into bell peppers and serve as an appetizer.
