Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 tsp fresh Chimichurri sauce see recipe on my blog

Instructions
 

  • First, Preheat the BBQ. In a small bowl stir together the spices.
  • Secondly, in a small bowl stir together the spices.
  • Thirdly, cut the chicken breasts into thinner pieces.
  • Sprinkle the spices over both sides of the chicken pieces.
  • Next spread a 1/2 tsp of Chimichurri sauce over both sides of the chicken pieces.
  • Finally, marinate the chicken for 10- 20 minutes.
  • Transfer to the grill.
  • Lastly, cook approximately 2-4 minutes per side.
  • Serve with more Chimichurri sauce.
