Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
Carefully remove from the oven so as not to get burned by the liquid.
Allow it to cool slightly.
Lastly, strain off the syrup and use it for pancakes, waffles, ice cream, or yogurt.
Use the cooked rhubarb in any cake or other recipe or discard.
The rhubarb will be lightly sweet
