  • 1/2 cup Homemade Mayonnaise See the recipe on my blog
  • 1/4 cup coconut sour cream or store-bought sour cream See the recipe on my blog
  • 1 tbsp Homemade Taco Sauce See the recipe on my blog
  • 2 tsp Picante Sauce or homemade
  • 2 tsp Cholula
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • half a lime Zest of half a lime
  • 1/8 tsp chipotle pepper
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 pinch of salt


  • First, mix together the homemade mayonnaise and the coconut sour cream in a bowl large enough to handle a little over 1/2 a cup of dressing.
    1/2 cup Homemade Mayonnaise, 1/4 cup coconut sour cream or store-bought sour cream
  • Second, add Homemade Taco Sauce, Picante, cumin, cayenne pepper, and chipotle pepper.
    1 tbsp Homemade Taco Sauce, 2 tsp Picante Sauce or homemade, 2 tsp Cholula, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/8 tsp chipotle pepper
  • Next, using a microplane mince the garlic into the dressing.
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • Lastly, add lime juice, lime zest, and salt to taste.
    half a lime Zest of half a lime, 1 pinch of salt
  • In conclusion, refrigerate for 1 hour before using.

Notes For Spicier Dressing:

  • Just add Cholula to taste
