1/2tspred wine vinegar
1/4tspdijon mustard
2tbspchopped onions
1tbspfresh lemon juice
2tspchopped capers
1/2tspcapers juice
1large pinch salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
First, place all ingredients into a small bowl.
1/2 cup Homemade Mayonaise or Store-bought, 1/4 cup dill relish or chopped horseradish pickles, 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill, 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar, 1/4 tsp dijon mustard, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp chopped capers, 1/2 tsp capers juice, 1 large pinch salt and pepper to taste
Stir together until combined.
Store in the fridge until needed.
Store up to one week in the fridge.
