Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh sliced cranberries
  • 4 tbsp Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 1 1/2 cup of boiling water

Instructions

  • First, add boiling water to the cranberries. (fresh or frozen)
  • Second, drain and dry the cranberries.
  • Thirdly, cut cranberries in half. 
  • Stir together cranberries and monkfruit together.
  • Place cranberries onto a tray in the dehydrator on 125 F to 135 seting.
  • Let dry for 6 hours. 
  • Check on cranberries if not dried to your liking return to the dehydrator.
  • Remove from dehydrator and place in a sterilized jar with a lid and store for 4 months.
