Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup homemade mayonnaise see recipe on my blog
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free sour cream see the recipe on my blog
  • 1 1/2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp granulated onion
  • 4 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 3/4 tsp freshly grated horseradish
  • 1 pinch pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp chives
  • 2 tbsp fresh grated parmesan

Instructions

First, make homemade mayonnaise. Needless to say, the mayonnaise can be made up to 2-3 weeks in advance. Incredibly this mayo will last for several weeks in the fridge. 

  • Combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Refrigerate 2-3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
