First, cut stew meat into bite size pieces.
Second, roughly chop onion.
Add avocado oil to a pan until hot.
Once the pan is hot add meat, onions, salt, and pepper to the pan.
While the beef is cooking add carrots and parsnips to the beef.
Finally add pinto beans, tomato sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and powdered beef bone broth to a high powdered blender and process until smooth.
Remove the bean sauce and pour over the cooked beef.
Lastly, add in balsamic vinegar, red wine, and hickory liquid smoke.
Cook until warm.
