- 2 lbs New York Strip Steak
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp Blueberry Balsamic Glaze
Salt and pepper to taste.
First, preheat broiler. Secondly, Add approximately 1/8 of a tsp garlic powder and onion powder per side of each steak.
Secondly, add approximately 1/8 of a tsp garlic powder and onion powder per side of each steak.
Next, drizzle about a tsp of blueberry Balsamic Glaze on both sides of each steak.
Broil approximately 4 minutes per side or until an oven-safe thermometer reaches your desired doneness.
Lastly, remove from oven and allow to rest approximately 10 – 15 minutes.
