Cardamom Monk Fruit Sweetener

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp ground cardamom fresh or powdered
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener

Instructions

  • First, combine the cardamom seeds and pods in a food processor or a pestel and mortar until powdered.
    2 tsp ground cardamom
  • Second, add the monk fruit sweetener to a jar and add in the ground cardamom.
    1/4 cup Vanilla Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • Third, place the top on the jar and shake to combine.
  • Lastly, makes 1/4 cup.

Notes

  • Husks can be used in powdered form or added to sugar much like vanilla pods with caviar removed.
  • Husks if left whole can be removed when used.
  • Store in a dark place for 2 -4 weeks to get best results.
  • Use to roll coookie dough into, use in teas, or coffee, in crumbles, sprinkle over pie crust, scones etc.
  • Or to edge glasses in for drinks.
  • Finally use for Edible Christmas gifts.
