Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold whipping cream
  • 1 tsp powdered vanilla monk fruit see recipe on my blog
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Instructions

Directions With a Mixer:

  • Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
  • Lastly, with an electric mixer until thick peaks. Top pies, cakes, ice cream. Dust with a little cinnamon.

Directions for Whipped Cream Dispenser:

  • Please be sure to follow the manufacturer's directions.
  • First, place all ingredients into the dispenser.
    1 cup cold whipping cream, 1 tsp powdered vanilla monk fruit, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 pinch nutmeg
  • Second, screw the top on.
  • Third, place N2O inside the cartridge carrier and screw on to the dispenser.
  • Once you hear a slight hiss shake the canister 6-12 times hard.
  • Next, remove the cartridge and toss it away.
  • Finally, place the cap on.
  • Incidentally, please note some brands require it to be refrigerated first.
  • Lastly, place on decorative nozzle turn dispenser upside down and spray out whipped cream out.

Notes:

  • Very important the Whipped Cream Dispenser will need to be shaken 6-12 times before and turned upside down before spraying out the whipped cream. Store in the fridge.
