Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 3 cups frozen cauliflower rice
  • 2 whole beaten eggs
  • 4 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sesame chili oil
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 cup liquid chicken broth

Instructions

  • First, add avocado oil to a large frying pan over medium heat.
    1 tbsp avocado oil
  • Second, stir the beaten eggs in with the cauliflower rice.
    3 cups frozen cauliflower rice
  • Third, when the pan is hot add the cauliflower rice.
  • Fourth, cook it until the water in the rice is almost gone.
  • Finally, add in the carrots and fry until they are cooked through.
    1/4 cup diced carrots
  • Lastly, add in the remaining ingredients and stir until cooked through.
    2 whole beaten eggs, 4 tbsp coconut aminos, 1/4 cup peas, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tsp sesame chili oil, 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper, 1/4 cup liquid chicken broth
  • Remove from the heat and serve.
