First, add avocado oil to a large frying pan over medium heat.
1 tbsp avocado oil
Second, stir the beaten eggs in with the cauliflower rice.
3 cups frozen cauliflower rice
Third, when the pan is hot add the cauliflower rice.
Fourth, cook it until the water in the rice is almost gone.
Finally, add in the carrots and fry until they are cooked through.
1/4 cup diced carrots
Lastly, add in the remaining ingredients and stir until cooked through.
2 whole beaten eggs, 4 tbsp coconut aminos, 1/4 cup peas, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tsp sesame chili oil, 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper, 1/4 cup liquid chicken broth
Remove from the heat and serve.
