Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 whole heads of garlic cloves
  • 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • First, sterilize a small 4 oz. jar.
    6 tbsp avocado oil, 2 whole heads of garlic cloves, 3 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp salt
  • Second, mince garlic.
  • Third, add the garlic, avocado oil, and apple cider vinegar to a small food processor.
  • Lastly, process until a paste is made.
  • Finally, add the paste to the 4 oz. jar and store any unused portion in the fridge.
  • Consequently, it makes approximately 24 teaspoons.
