First, make the pizza crust and wait until the crust is cooled to add any ingredients
1 whole Family Size Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Second, blend the cream cheese until smooth.
8 oz. vegan cream cheese
Third, stir in the mayonnaise.
2 tbsp homemade or store bought mayonnaise
Fourth, add in the remaining ingredients.
3 tbsp coconut aminos, 2 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tsp fresh ginger, 1/8 tsp maple sugar, 2 tsp toasted sesame oil, 1/8 tsp pin salt
Once combined spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
Next, top the pizza with the cut-up vegetables.
1/2 cup chopped sugar snap peas, 1/2 cup chopped snow peas, 1/4 cup red bell pepper, 1/8 cup chopped yellow bell pepper, 1/4 cup carrots, 1/2 cup broccoli, 3 tbsp chopped red onion, 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, 1/4 cup sliced green onions with green and white parts, 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, 1 cup shredded mozzerella
To decorate top with some fresh cilantro.
Lastly, serve cold in summer or bake or grill for 4-7 minutes at 425 F.
