Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Bacon Cheese Bread see recipe on my blog
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 4 slices of cheese cut into a circle or squares depending on the shape of bread used

Instructions

  • First, preheat the oven to broil.
  • Second, smear the bottom of two round Cheddar Bacon-n-Cheddar Bread with coconut oil.
    2 pieces Bacon Cheese Bread, 2 tsp coconut oil
  • Third, place the cheese on top.
    4 slices of cheese cut into a circle or squares depending on the shape of bread used
  • Fourth put the scones with the cheese onto a small stone bar pan.
  • Place the bar pan into the oven.
  • Wait a minute or two until the cheese melts.
  • Using a spatula, flip the other scone with the cheese onto the other scone with melted cheese.
  • Next, place the sandwich into a frying pan over medium heat. Heat until the bottom becomes slightly browned.
  • Lastly, flip and cook the other side.
  • Once, it is browned remove and add to a plate.
