First, preheat the oven to broil.
Second, smear the bottom of two round Cheddar Bacon-n-Cheddar Bread with coconut oil.
2 pieces Bacon Cheese Bread, 2 tsp coconut oil
Third, place the cheese on top.
4 slices of cheese cut into a circle or squares depending on the shape of bread used
Fourth put the scones with the cheese onto a small stone bar pan.
Place the bar pan into the oven.
Wait a minute or two until the cheese melts.
Using a spatula, flip the other scone with the cheese onto the other scone with melted cheese.
Next, place the sandwich into a frying pan over medium heat. Heat until the bottom becomes slightly browned.
Lastly, flip and cook the other side.
Once, it is browned remove and add to a plate.
