Equipment

1 Kitchen Torch

Ingredients

  • 1 whole recipe of Gluten=Free Graham Crackers
  • 9 whole homemade chocolate bars or store-bought sweetened with stevia
  • 1 whole recipe of Marshmallow Fluff with probiotics

Instructions

  • First, preheat the oven to 400 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper(which can be made up to a week in advance).
    1 whole recipe of Gluten=Free Graham Crackers
  • Second, make the graham crackers which can be made up to a week in advance.
    9 whole homemade chocolate bars or store-bought
  • Third, make or buy the chocolate bars.
    1 whole recipe of Marshmallow Fluff with probiotics
  • Finally, break the graham crackers in half so you have 2 squares.
  • Add half of the graham crackers to the baking sheet.
  • Top half of the graham cracker with a square of chocolate.
  • Place graham crackers squares into the oven for melty chocolate and let cook for 2-3 minutes or until chocolate is melty. 
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  • Using a cookie scoop of 1 to 2 tbsps scoop marshmallow fluff on top of the chocolate.
  • Using a kitchen torch toast the top of each marshmallow until lightly golden brown.
  • Lastly, top with top squares of graham crackers.
  • Serve S'mores.

Camping Or Grill Directions

  • First, tear off small squares of tin foil.
  • Second, in each packet place a square of graham cracker down.
  • Third, top with a square of chocolate.
  • Fourth, top the chocolate with a cookie scoop of marshmallow fluff.
  • Finally, top the marshmallow with a square of graham cracker.
  • Crimp the tin foil packet shut.
  • Place the tin foil packets on a grill over a campfire or on top of a grill.
  • After two to four minutes remove.
  • Allow to cool slightly before ripping the packet open being careful as the chocolate is melty.
  • If desired use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallow around the sides.
  • Enjoy
