First, unwrap cheese sticks and cut in half.
4 sticks of Mozzarella
Second, make a dredging station with three separate paper plates.
Third, place the beaten egg onto a plate.

Fourth, place the cassava flour onto another of the plates.

Fifth, on the last plate add the panko crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper and salt, stirring until combined.
1/2 cup gluten free panko crumbs, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/8 tsp white pepper, 1/4 tsp pink salt
Dip the cheese sticks into the flour, followed by the beaten egg, and lastly into the panko.
To get extra crispy double dip into all three plates beginning with the flour and ending with the panko crumbs.
Finally, place the dipped cheese sticks onto an Air Fryer tray and place into the freezer for a minimum of 40 minutes.
Preheat an oven to 375 or in the Air Fyer to 390 F.
Spray the cheese sticks with avocado oil.

Place the cheese sticks an inch apart onto a tray or inside the basket of an Air Fryer.
Set the timer for 5 minutes or until crispy.
Remove the cheese sticks from the Air Fyer if the cheese starts to bubble out of the crust.
Allow to cool slightly and serve with your favorite sauce.
