First, sterilize a glass jar.
Second, combine water and maple sugar.
Third, heat up water and maple sugar until the sugar melts and it becomes a syrup.
3/4 cup water, 3/4 cup maple sugar
Pour the syrup into the jar.
Next, add in the cardamom pods, vanilla pods with the vanilla caviar exposed, hazelnut flour, and the orange zest.
1 cup Toasted Hazelnut Flour, 3 smashed cardamom pods, 1/2 piece of vanilla pod with seeds , 3 pieces orange zest
Lastly, allow the mixture to cool.
Once, cooled pour in the vodka.
1 cup vodka
Allow to sit for six weeks before using.
