Ingredients

  • 1 cup Toasted Hazelnut Flour
  • 3/4 cup maple sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 3 smashed cardamom pods
  • 1/2 piece of vanilla pod with seeds
  • 3 pieces orange zest

Instructions

  • First, sterilize a  glass jar.
  • Second, combine water and maple sugar.
  • Third, heat up water and maple sugar until the sugar melts and it becomes a syrup.
    3/4 cup water, 3/4 cup maple sugar
  • Pour the syrup into the jar.
  • Next, add in the cardamom pods, vanilla pods with the vanilla caviar exposed, hazelnut flour, and the orange zest.
    1 cup Toasted Hazelnut Flour, 3 smashed cardamom pods, 1/2 piece of vanilla pod with seeds , 3 pieces orange zest
  • Lastly, allow the mixture to cool.
  • Once, cooled pour in the vodka.
    1 cup vodka
  • Allow to sit for six weeks before using.
