Lobster Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup thick part of canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp homemade mayonnaise or store-bought
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp *dijon mustard optional
  • 1/4 tsp freshly chopped tarragon or dried
  • 1/4 tsp dried chervil
  • 1/2 cup chopped lobster clams, langoustine or shrimp

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients together in a small bowl reserving 2 tbsp of lobster meat.
    1/4 cup thick part of canned coconut milk, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp homemade mayonnaise or store-bought, 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp *dijon mustard, 1/4 tsp freshly chopped tarragon, 1/4 tsp dried chervil, 1/2 cup chopped lobster
  • Stir until combined
  • Top with the reserved lobster meat to decorate.
  • Pour into a serving bowl and serve with chips, crackers or vegetables.
  • Or cut baby bell peppers into half and spoon dip into bell peppers and serve as an appetizer.
