First, preheat the oven to 400 F.
Second, wash and dry the salmon.
Next, with a pastry brush a small amount of oil on the rimmed baking sheet or lay down a piece of parchment.
Place the salmon on a baking sheet or tray.
4 6 oz. Salmon Fillets
In a small bowl combine oil, mustard, salt, pepper, pickle juice, maple syrup, and garlic cloves stir until combined.
1 tbsp avocado oil, 2 tsp Dijon Mustard, 1/2 tsp Rosemary Wine Salt or Pink Salt, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, 3 tsp pickle juice of your choice, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 large minced garlic clove
Next, add 1/4 of the pistachio mixture to the top of each fillet.
2/3 + 2 cup + tbsp roasted coarsely chopped pistachios
Bake for 10 - 15 or until flakey.
Lastly, remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
