Ingredients

  • 1 cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 tbsp yacon syrup

Instructions

Stand Blender Method

  • First method, add the monk fruit sweetener into a stand mixer.
    1 cup monk fruit sweetener
  • Second, spray a tablespoon with oil so that the yacons syrup comes out.
  • Add in the Yacon Syrup.
    2 tbsp yacon syrup
  • Slowly turn the mixer on and allow the sugar to blend.
  • Scrape down the side and blend again.
  • Once it is all blended use in a recipe or add to a sterilzed jar with screw top.
  • Store for a few days.

Bowl Method

  • Second method, place the monk fruit sweetener and Yacon Syrup into a bowl and stir until completely combined and looks like brown sugar.
    1 cup monk fruit sweetener, 2 tbsp yacon syrup
  • Use in a recipe or place into a sterilzed glass jar with screw top.
