First method, add the monk fruit sweetener into a stand mixer.
1 cup monk fruit sweetener
Second, spray a tablespoon with oil so that the yacons syrup comes out.
Add in the Yacon Syrup.
2 tbsp yacon syrup
Slowly turn the mixer on and allow the sugar to blend.
Scrape down the side and blend again.
Once it is all blended use in a recipe or add to a sterilzed jar with screw top.
Store for a few days.

Second method, place the monk fruit sweetener and Yacon Syrup into a bowl and stir until completely combined and looks like brown sugar.
1 cup monk fruit sweetener, 2 tbsp yacon syrup
Use in a recipe or place into a sterilzed glass jar with screw top.
