First, add homemade sweetened condensed coconut milk to a pan over medium heat.
1/2 cup of Homemade Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
Second, add vanilla, espresso, chocolate chips, and stevia if using.
1 cup nut milk of choice, 2 tsp vanilla, *1/2 tsp instant espresso, 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips or white chocolate bar, *12 drops Stevia
Whisk until the chocolate has melted.
Next, remove from heat to cool and whisk to make sure everything is combined.
Pour into sterilized canning jars with sterilized lids.
Finally, allow it to cool.
Lastly, refrigerate for up to two months.
As you near the end you may need to allow the ingredients to come to room temperature.
