First, preheat oven and oil a baking sheet or baking stone.
Secondly, use your favorite spice mix: BBQ, Asian, or Steak seasonings.
Chop up your vegetables.
Once vegetables are cut up and place into a gallon sealable plastic bag.
Finally, add avocado oil and seasonings to the bag.
Next, seal the bag and shake up until seasonings are on all the vegetables.
Lastly, pour the vegetables onto your oil baking sheet or baking stone.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
