First, pour the ingredients into a sterilized jar and store it in the fridge overnight
3 cups water, 6 tbsp tigernut flour, 1/2 a stick of cinnamon, 1 tsp pure vanilla, 2 tsp maple syrup
Place the jar into the fridge overnight.
In the morning place the ingredients into a blender and blend on high.
Use a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp.
Serve over ice.
Pour into glasses with ice.
Serve Hot or Cold
To drink warm simply heat it up in a microwave or on the stove until desired temperature.
To make a slushie add 1/4 cup ice cubes and the horchata milk to a blender.
Blend and serve.
