Speculaas Spice Fudge

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup mape sugar
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup full fat unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp speculaas spice blend
  • 10 oz. white chocolate chips sweetened with stevia

Instructions

  • First, line a 6-inch square cake pan with parchment.
  • Second, oil the top of the parchment paper.
  • Third, add coconut oil, maple sugar, maple syrup, salt, and Speculass Spice Blend to a medium-sized pan.
    1 cup mape sugar, 3/4 cup maple syrup, 2 tbsp speculaas spice blend, 1/2 tsp salt
  • It is important to have a pan that will not boil over.
  • Stir in the coconut milk a little at a time.
    1 cup full fat unsweetened coconut milk
  • Stir continually for 10 -15 minutes.
  • Continue to stir until the ingredients move as a whole when you stir it.
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and stir until melted.
    10 oz. white chocolate chips sweetened with stevia
  • Pour the fudge into the prepared pan.
  • Allow to cool for three to four hours.
  • Once the fudge has cooled completely.
  • Cut into squares and serve.
  • Makes about 25 pieces
