First, line a 6-inch square cake pan with parchment.
Second, oil the top of the parchment paper.
Third, add coconut oil, maple sugar, maple syrup, salt, and Speculass Spice Blend to a medium-sized pan.
1 cup mape sugar, 3/4 cup maple syrup, 2 tbsp speculaas spice blend, 1/2 tsp salt
It is important to have a pan that will not boil over.
Stir in the coconut milk a little at a time.
1 cup full fat unsweetened coconut milk
Stir continually for 10 -15 minutes.
Continue to stir until the ingredients move as a whole when you stir it.
Remove from the heat.
Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and stir until melted.
10 oz. white chocolate chips sweetened with stevia
Pour the fudge into the prepared pan.
Allow to cool for three to four hours.
Once the fudge has cooled completely.
Cut into squares and serve.
