Ingredients

  • 2/3 + 7 cups + tsp of coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup of powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/4 cup maple sugar
  • 5 tbsp strong coffee or espresso
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • First and foremost, melt the coconut oil.
    2/3 + 7 cups + tsp of coconut oil
  • Second, add the powdered monk fruit sweetener, and maple sugar to a sieve into the coconut oil.
    1/4 cup of powdered monk fruit sweetener, 1/4 cup maple sugar
  • Add the coffee and chocolate syrup together and whisk together.  
    5 tbsp strong coffee or espresso, 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • Add the syrup to the coconut oil and whisk together.
  • Add the oatmeal to the coconut oil. The batter will be loose.
    3 cups oatmeal
  • To tighten the batter up place the mixture into the fridge to chill for 10 minutes or so.
  • Remove the batter from the fridge.
  • Use your hands or a small ice cream scoop to form balls.
  • Finally, roll the batter into small balls and place them onto a plate.
  • Lastly roll them into powdered monk fruit sweetener, monk fruit sweetener, or cocoa powder, or coconut.
  • Sprinkles can also be added.
