1/2 cup Dairy-Free Cottage Cheese I used Kite Hill 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp fresh lemon zest 3 tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener 2 tsp almond milk
First and foremost, place the dairy-free cottage cheese into a small food processor and blend.

Second, remove the lid and scrape down the bowl.
Continue to process and scrape down until a smooth-like consistency.
Next, add in the remaining ingredients and process until combined.
