Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Dairy-Free Cottage Cheese I used Kite Hill
  • 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 tsp almond milk

Instructions

  • First and foremost, place the dairy-free cottage cheese into a small food processor and blend.
    1/2 cup Dairy-Free Cottage Cheese
  • Second, remove the lid and scrape down the bowl.
  • Continue to process and scrape down until a smooth-like consistency.
  • Next, add in the remaining ingredients and process until combined.
    4 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp fresh lemon zest, 3 tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener, 2 tsp almond milk
  • Makes 4 servings.
  • Use over waffles, pancakes, or inside crepes.
