Baby-back Rib Fried Rice

Baby-Back Rib Fried Rice Recipe made with four to six leftover ribs. Drizzle a little BBQ sauce over the top. Goes well with BBQ or Asian food

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 3/4 cup chopped broccoli or broccolini
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste see the recipe on the blog
  • 6 whole eggs
  • 4 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil for flavor
  • 3 tbsp Sweet and Smokey BBQ Seasoning see the recipe on my blog
  • 2 tbsp Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce see the recipe on my blog
  • 4-6 whole leftover ribs depending on how much meat is on the bones
  • 1 cup beef broth liquid
  • 2 whole green onions with whites and greens seperated

Instructions

  • First, cook rice in a rice cooker or on the stove.
  • Second, in a large pot add a small amount of olive oil.
    2 tbsp olive oil
  • Third, fry the onions, carrots, broccoli, and garlic paste until the onions are translucent.
    1/2 cup diced onions, 1/2 cup diced carrots, 3/4 cup chopped broccoli or broccolini, 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • Fourth, add in the rice, and crack an egg at a time while stirring the rice.
    6 cups cooked rice, 6 whole eggs
  • Once, the eggs are cooked add in the sesame oil, coconut aminos, Sweet and Smokey BBQ Seasoning, Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce, chopped meat, green onion whites, chopped rib meat, and beef broth.
    4 tbsp coconut aminos, 1/2 tsp sesame oil , 3 tbsp Sweet and Smokey BBQ Seasoning, 2 tbsp Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce, 4-6 whole leftover ribs, 1 cup beef broth liquid
  • Stir until the rice is heated through.
  • Top with the remaining green onions and serve.
    2 whole green onions with whites and greens seperated
  • Lastly, drizzle the top with Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce.
