First, preheat the oven to 350 F.
Second, place a pop-up timer into the turkey breast.
Third, add two tablespoons of cassava flour into the bag and shake.
Fourth, pour all the ingredients except for the turkey breast into a bowl and whisk together.
1/8 cup coconut aminos, 1 tbsp maple sugar or real maple syrup, 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 minced garlic clove, 3 whole leaves of sage, 1 tsp wine rosemary salt, 1 sprig rosemary
Add the liquids and seasoning to the cooking bag.
Finally, lay the turkey breast skin side down into the bag.

Next, flip the breast with the skin facing up and place it on a roasting pan.
Place the turkey into the oven and bake for 45- 50 minutes or until the pop-up timer pops up.
Remove from the oven.
Cut the top off and smear the turkey breast with butter or coconut oil.
Turn the oven to broil.
Place the turkey back into the oven for a few minutes being sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.
Once the skin is crisp remove from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes.
Carefully pour out the juices into a pan to use to make gravy.
Lastly, slice and serve.
