Equipment

1 pair of long food plating tweezers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Homemade Chocolate Bar or roughly 100 grams
  • 1/3 cup coffee beans of choice or espresso beans
  • 1/4 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • First, and foremost chop the chocolate into bite-size pieces.
    1/2 cup Homemade Chocolate Bar
  • Second, place chocolate in a small bowl with coconut oil.
    1/4 tsp coconut oil
  • Put it into the microwave for thirty-second intervals.
  • Stir after each interval. Each microwave is slightly different.
  • Mine took 3 thirty-second intervals to melt the chocolate.
  • Remove from the microwave and stir until smooth.
  • Finally, place the coffee beans onto a plate.
  • Place a piece of parchment onto a baking sheet.
  • Pick up a coffee bean with the tweezers and dip it into the chocolate.
    1/3 cup coffee beans of choice
  • Gently shake off the chocolate.
  • Next, place the coffee bean onto the parchment.
  • Continue until all the coffee beans have been dipped.
  • Lastly, place the baking sheet in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove and eat or use to decorate candy or desserts.
