Equipment

1 Whipped Cream Canister
1 Whipped Cream Dispenser
1 Whipped Cream Chargers

Ingredients

  • 1 can unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened powdered cocoa
  • 2 tbsp maple sugar
  • 3 tsp instant coffee granules

Instructions

  • First and foremost, place all the ingredients into a pan over medium heat on the stove.
    1 can unsweetened coconut milk, 1/4 cup unsweetened powdered cocoa, 2 tbsp maple sugar, 3 tsp instant coffee granules
  • Second, bring to a simmer and stir until all the ingredients have been combined.
  • Third, remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Place into the fridge until cold for 2 hours.
  • Finally, pour through a sieve into a whipped cream canister.
  • Place two cartridges into the charger and charge.
  • Next, follow the manufactures directions for your Whipped Cream Canister.
  • Spray the whipped topping out or spray it into a frosting bag to decorate a cake.
  • Top pancakes or waffles with.
  • Store the canister in the fridge for up to two weeks.
